You have received your order but the product is not what you expected it to be or you do not have the right size. At EquiChique it is no problem to exchange or return your order.
How can I exchange or return a product?
First, we want you to call us within 14 days on 06-10772740 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . We can then discuss whether you want to return your product in our showroom or if you want to send the product to us. When you like to bring your product to the showroom we will make an appointment with you.
How can I send a return package?
The unused and undamaged items can be returned preferably in the same package to us, with a (copy) of the invoice. In case you want to receive the payment return please write down your account number on the invoice. Note that the package is sufficient stamped, packaging not sufficiently stamped unfortunately we can not accept. Once we have received the products in good order, we will proceed to refund the purchase price excluding shipping or proceed to send a replacement product.

Which products can not be exchanged / returned?
For understandable reasons, products that are special ordered to size and / or color (like custom made stable curtains) can not be exchanged or returned. Products which we did print or embroider for you with your name and/or logo can also not be returned.
